At Baby Boxes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include all tags and accessories (if applicable)
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted products
- Products that show signs of use or damage
- Customized or made-to-order items
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number.
- Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in the following cases:
- The item received was damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
For exchange requests, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.
