All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

3. Delivery Issues

Baby Boxes is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies or external factors beyond our control.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided or the package is not received by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide clear photos of the package and product so our team can investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
